Da Vien Coffee

I genuinely do not know if it was just a bad day or not, but to whomever made my drink, this is mostly cream/milk. I have heard good things about Da Vien and wanted to try it out for the first time today and this is how my drink came when it got to me. All I could taste was the milk/cream and I can barely taste the matcha. Now I know I chose less ice + no top off but does that mean I get less of what is usually made? Aren't drinks supposed to have more if it has less ice, meaning, all the drinks that were made should have been poured into the cup? Please correct me if I am wrong. Will try again some other time.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered coffee at this location by accident I always order at the Stanton location. I called the restaurant immediately to cancel my order & 1st employee tells me “okay you’ll get your refund in 2-3 business days” okay cool. I get a call back from that same employee with the manager, Phuong, I believe she said her name is & she tells me I have to pick it up they don’t offer refunds because that is their policy. I explained to her that I am never in this area, I pick up at a certain location before work and unfortunately I’m not able to go pick up here I just want my money back, & she completely disregarded & said I have to pick it up. Basically forcing me. So pls be careful when ordering online. Make sure you select the correct store. I unfortunately didn’t check because I always order at Stanton & it automatically generated that location, not sure what happened this time. Anyways I’m absolutely upset about this because now I have to file a dispute through my bank which may take a longer time when she could have simply canceled my order that moment & processed my refund to give me back MY money. Horrible I never thought these ppl would steal from others. Horrible!!!!

It was my first time visiting Da Vien after seeing their posts on my instagram feed! We got their strawberry fruit tea, banana matcha, and einspanner matcha latte. Their fruit tea was more on the sweeter side and we could barely taste the green tea flavor. The two matcha lattes were good however, I wished mine had more banana flavor. I enjoyed my visit and would come back for their matcha and coffee.

Pretty good banana matcha drink! First time trying it, make sure you mix it well before drinking. The place is a little crammed and it’s hard to find parking but I’d recommend if you like matcha anything.

Flavorful, strong, and amazing coffee! They offer a wide variety of drinks, including matcha options for those avoiding coffee. I love that you can customize your drink to your taste. Prices are fair, and the service was super fast. You can order at the counter or use the self-serve screen. There’s some indoor seating, and the place is very cute and cozy. I got the egg cream top coffee it was delicious! Definitely recommend stopping
