Crema's Take

Tucked into Stowe, Williston Coffee Shop is an espresso-focused gem that takes their maple latte seriously—locals rave about it alongside generously stuffed breakfast croissants loaded with eggs and bacon that feel like a small victory before your day starts. Beyond the expertly crafted drinks, their house-made pastries and baked goods (molasses cookies, fig bars, rhubarb bars) are worth the trip alone, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it the kind of place where lingering over work or conversation feels exactly right.

Their breakfast croissant is the best I’ve ever had! The portion is great and they don’t play about it (lots of eggs and bacon!!)!! Their maple latte is also amazing!! I would reccomend 110%!!

I went to this coffee shop expecting a nice place to sit down and work and have lunch, but was sadly disappointed. I ordered a sandwich called the Turkey Apple that was listed under the "panini" column on the board. I assumed it would be pressed, but it came out as a sandwich. I asked for it to be without onions, and they left the onions on. And to top it off, the bread on top was stale and falling apart, making it impossible to hold and take a bite out of. The Spiced Maple Latte was good, but when i ordered it and told them i was dining in, i expected it in one of their nice mugs that i could see by the machine. However, they handed it to me in a paper cup, which also I found disappointing. I wish I hadn't given them a tip when paying ahead of time for my food. Oh well. I will not be going back there next time I'm in Burlington.

I ordered the bacon egg & cheese croissant sandwich and a small maple latte to fuel my long & grueling day as an art vendor. The sandwich was large & filling & really great (worth the extra couple bucks for the croissant). The latte was well made and was a little on the sweet side, but the maple flavor was really prominent

This place is amazing! I bought 3 different baked goods (a molasses cookie, a fig bar, and rhubarb bar) and they were all incredible! Even 2 days later when I got around to the cookie. Add that the decor was charming and clean and the outside patio area was incredible. Used to live in VT and visited on a trip back. Definitely adding this to my always visit list. Most excellent.
