CERALDI

Crema's Take
“Ceraldi is a charming Provincetown spot that seamlessly blends fine dining ambition with approachable cafe culture, earning consistent praise for its farm-to-ocean sourcing and thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes. Whether you're stopping in for a slow-sipped cold brew and a perfectly baked egg square on homemade bread or settling in for an elaborate tasting menu with wine pairings, the kitchen demonstrates real skill and creativity—from delicate swordfish preparations to unexpected flavor combinations like hibiscus-rose drinks paired with roasted beet salads. It's the kind of place where locals keep coming back because the quality, warm hospitality, and genuine care in both the food and beverage programs make every visit feel special.”

Great experience at the new ptown venue. Standouts included the oysters and Sancerre pairing, the hibiscus/rose drink with the beet salad, the tortellini with Parmesan and broth, and the swordfish as thanksgiving variant. Would/will do it again. Something to enjoy and discuss with every course.
I had heard high praise for Ceraldi so we gave it a try. 4 of us - 7 course tasting w/ pairings. The atmosphere is pretty bland, but ok. Our server was … animated.. and had a little too much energy for the restaurant vibe. The Highs were the salad & gazpacho. The Lows were a tea pairing that tasted so like a dirty dish rag. The dessert had a burnt sugar taste to it that ruined it for me. The pasta dish was ok & the arancini was fine. I’m not an oyster fan.. so that’s on me. Overall, I was super disappointed. For over $300 pp - I really wanted to be “wow’s”!!
I finally made it to Ceraldi after wanting to come for over five years. I have recommended the experience to others who have enjoyed it before I could myself. My favorites were the saltfish squash blossom, scallop and lasagna. Everything was made with intention and perfected. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. I sat at the bar alone comfortably. I cant wait to come again. 11/10!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Goodness gracious, what a phenomenal place to eat a fine dinner. Talk about farm/ocean to table dining done to perfection. I had the pleasure of dining here eight years ago and am happy to say that they have maintained their level of excellence. Every dish was simply amazing and we ordered the soft drink accompaniment and they were off the charts wonderful as well. The cost is fairly high, but well worth it for a unique and amazing experience.
We have gone to Ceraldi multiple times, we usually just get iced coffee. Today we decided to try some baked goods and they were all very good. They had these huge egg squares on home made bread. Their croissants were also very good. My wife loved the cappuccino. You are expected to bring your own cup if you want to take out the coffee. They do sell mason jars you can take out with you, you can have coffee inside with their cups inside or outside on their patio. I would come here again the baked good were phenomenal although you could easily share any item with anyone person. The coffee is always outstanding.
