Imriel and her crew (Chloe and Ingrid) are so spectacular. I haven’t been to Opus in a long time and was passing by South Tower. They were all very friendly and made my drink super speedy. Imriel is a great leader and was navigating a rush like a pro as well as delegating tasks amid the crowd. Can’t wait to visit again!
Staff are always pleasant and efficient. I never have an issue with anything
Staff is quick and makes amazing cappuccino. The fruit is always fresh and the yogurt is good.
The Baristas at the ST Opus are phenomenal!! They always remember my order and are always so kind. I’m currently working in HVN and got my usual cortado from the HVN Opus. I was surprised by the noticeable difference in espresso flavor. The espresso at HVN is fuller and bolder in taste, and therefore tastier, than the espresso I usually get at the ST Opus cafe. It looks like there are different machines. It would be nice to have the same espresso experience in both towers! Thank you Opus for supplying us healthcare workers with our much-needed caffeine!
