“Rock 'n' Joe's caramel lattes and espresso drinks are genuinely excellent, making it worth braving the notoriously glacial service that regularly stretches past 25 minutes even for simple orders. The upstairs seating area has a cool vibe with plenty of room to settle in for work or meetings, though you'll want to come with patience and low expectations for staff efficiency. If you can roll with slow service in exchange for solid specialty drinks and a downtown location near the cultural district, it's a decent spot to spend an afternoon.”
