I visited the drive-thru this afternoon expecting a quick stop for a simple order, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. We arrived around 3:50PM placed our order at the speaker and waited at the window for quite some time without any communication or update. Eventually we became concerned and drove off, only to return shortly after because we had already placed our order. When we came back, there appeared to be only two employees working the window. Neither greeted us or acknowledged the delay. One employee asked what we ordered — which was just a single blueberry muffin — then walked away. A second employee came to the window shortly after and asked the exact same question again. There was no line in the drive-thru at all, and we were the only car there, so it was confusing why such a small order took so long or why there seemed to be no coordination between staff. We didn’t receive or pay for the muffin until 4:05 PM, nearly 15 minutes later. I understand that busy days or staffing issues can happen, but basic communication and customer service go a long way. A greeting, an apology for the wait, or even a quick update would have made a big difference. I hope management can work with the team to improve communication and drive-thru efficiency moving forward.

Coffee! With options and a quality that will make one wonder why they anyone goes to Starbucks. Nice people make it well worth the visit. The staff help make one feel like a customer instead of a number even through the drive through!!! Uncanny in this day and age.

The ham and cheese croissant were the best I've ever had. Generous portions with fresh bread and tasty ham and cheese. The coffee was absolutely magnificent. No cream or sugar needed because the coffee was smooth and tasted wonderful. I think I am spoiled for life by this cup of coffee. Can't wait to return!

I'm currently enjoying a coffee at Minuti Coffee, and I have to say—it’s absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic, the music is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I came all the way from the east side of Houston and decide to try this place, and I’m glad I did. It really feels like they craft their own coffee here, and you can taste the quality. The space itself is beautiful—stylish décor, lots of natural light, and both indoor and outdoor seating. There's even a covered terrace with fans to keep things cool, and a quieter corner area if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe. The only downside? There’s nothing gluten free. That’s really the one thing missing. I would’ve loved to pair my coffee with something to eat, but unfortunately there were no gluten-free options available. Please 🙏 consider offering at least a few! The coffee is perfect—but I left a little hungry.
