Mary’s Cafe & Coin Laundry
2542 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL
Crema's Take
“Mary's Cafe & Coin Laundry is a genuine Miami institution where you can grab an exceptional Cuban sandwich at 4am while waiting for your laundry to dry, blending practical necessity with unexpectedly excellent food in a space that feels authentically local. The pan con bistec and medianoche are standouts, made fresh to order, and the whole vibe captures something real about Miami's late-night culture—whether you're stopping by after a night out or just needing a spot that never closes. It's the kind of place where you'll find yourself lingering longer than planned, drawn in by the combination of solid coffee, genuinely good food, and the particular warmth of a true neighborhood gathering spot.”

This place is a hidden gem, laundry and good food! Getting a Cuban sandwich at 4am hits different.
This place is a must-try, especially if you’re a local! The coffee is super good, the sandwiches are decent, and the smoothies are really good too. Prepare to wait a little. It’s one of those classic Miami spots that has a cool neighborhood vibe , definitely worth stopping by! Don’t forget to tell them Flavia Sent You!
What can I say? It's a Miami staple. Open 24 hours, late night, it hits the spot after a couple of drinks, I hear. Anyway, I enjoy this place mainly for the vibes. It feels like Miami, like I'm home. It's not a Michelin-starred place, but the food is decent, and it's a good experience.
Shared a pan con bistec sandwich for dinner and it was yummy! I liked it because it was freshly made - we waited no more than 10 minutes. The steak was cooked perfectly and the bread is yummy. Service was friendly! I was looking at the menu and they have several options. Would eat here again.
This place is great. Open twenty four hours to eat, do laundry, hang out with friends after a night out. The pan con bistec is amazing! The medianoche is even better. Today I’m having a turkey ham and cheese sandwich and it’s also amazing. This is a family owned business. Three generations. Grandfather owns the jewelry store, son owns the coin laundry business, and the granddaughters own the café. The music is great, too. Great vibes all around. The place also attracts a great crowd of people. My friend from high school, Alex, is the one who brought me. I think I’d passed by a couple of times because I recognized the store front but had never stopped for food. It’s also a great place to sit and do work while enjoying a batido de mamey or Honolulu (coconut milk, strawberries, bananas) Smoothie. La Tanga is also v yummy.
