Crema's Take

CHATO S brings authentic Colombian warmth to Coral Springs with family-run hospitality and genuinely excellent food that keeps locals coming back—their rotisserie chicken is legendary, but don't sleep on the pan de bono and fresh juices that make the whole experience feel like a trip to Bogotá. The staff greets you like family, the prices are incredibly fair, and everything tastes like it was made with real care, not shortcuts.

Just opened, family run, local, authentic columbian food. Seriously the best rotisserie chicken in town! Amazing flavor and great sides (salad and guacamole). Must try the pan de Bono (cheese bread rolls)and the fresh juices!

This restaurant is the closest you will come to Real Traditional Colombian cuisine the Food is super economical and DELICIOUS I can’t stress enough about how amazing the service is and how incredibly nice the staff is and they Make there food/ sauces/ drinks all in house and with lots of love they are the most humble people. Come check them out ASAP you won’t regret it!!! In the picture attached we ordered Empanadas, Buñuelo and Natilla for Christmas Eve and as a Fellow Colombian Myself this IS TRADITION and TASTE Like Home!

From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re back in Colombia 🇨🇴. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. The food is unreal—especially the buñuelos, which are a MUST. If you love natural juices, this place has some of the best I’ve ever had. The orange juice is an absolute must-try! You will not be disappointed. In my opinion, this spot is even better than El Balcón de las Américas.

I decided to check out this new Colombian restaurant and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. My mother ( who grew up in Colombia ) was more than pleased with the food. She highly recommends the menudencias soup and I couldn’t recommend the chicken more. The entire meal tasted incredibly fresh, warm, and left us satisfied. Everything was very balanced and paired perfectly with each other. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that we were well attended. I definitely will be coming back. :)
