Hot Mama's Espresso

One of the only places in town with sugar free syrups and nonfat milk. We stop here two or three times every time we are in town. Friendly staff, and good coffee.

Popped in here Sunday morning as it was walkable from our hotel. I love supporting small local business so I was happy to get my coffee from them. I ordered a valentine special, a cupids cup. White chocolate and raspberry. As I was walking back to the hotel sipping this,it was I bit too hot, It had a very odd flavor..neither white chocolate or raspberry, or any coffee flavor.. I got back to my hotel and popped off the lid, and I have no idea what the drink was. It was the weirdest pink/red color I have ever seen. That, on top of the flavor, it went right into the garbage. I would have gone back but I had my dog and it was raining. When we are back in town, I will give them another try because They support a great cause. The barista was friendly and quick, I am going to say either I read the description wrong of the drink, or there was a miscommunication to the girl that actually made the drink I just don't know..

The coffee was good and they seem to support a great mission. The religious undertones were a bit off-putting and while the hot tamale in place of a coffee bean is a cute touch, it overpowers the taste of the coffee right away. Best to save the hot tamale for when you’re done with your drink!

The coffee is decent, definitely not the highest quality, but it’s a good drive through and a well decorated interior. Can’t believe they have a size cap for the free drinks you can get when you fill out a punch card…
