QBola Cafeteria

Crema's Take
“This authentic Cuban cafeteria brings genuine island flavors to Fort Worth with standout croquetas, perfectly crispy yuca balls, and a chorizo pizza that's surprisingly hard to find in the US. The service matches the food's quality, and their Cuban coffee is a must-try alongside whatever savory appetizers catch your eye. It's the kind of place where locals return again and again because the flavors are real, the portions are generous, and everything tastes like it's made with care.”

Excellent food and service! Only downside was we went in wanting specific sandwiches but they had run out of bread, so we decided to get something different and it was sooo delicious! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back to try the sandwiches!
This place is legit real, delicious Cuban food. (My dad is Cuban and said “it was legit and fantastic). Totally authentic and the appetizers were the best I’ve ever had! Appetizers: We got the stuffed plantains with shredded beef, ham croquettes, and fried yucca balls to start. Croquettes were crispy and sweet and served with a ketchup mayo sauce, stuffed tostones beef was tender flavorful and juicy, and yucca balls were so fun! Dinner: We got Uruguayan steak (ham and Swiss layered on pork and breaded), fried pork chunks with yucca, roasted pork, sweet plantains (maduros), mixed rice and black beans (congris), avocado salad, and a Cuban sandwich. Everything was perfect!!! Seasoning was excellent, everything was perfectly soft or crispy, the plantains were soft and carmelized well. Best fried pork chunks I’ve ever had because they were small, lean, and well seasoned. Cuban sandwhich was an interesting ‘deluxe’ version that included lettuce and tomato - and huuuuge. Only eh think was the Cafecito. Can’t wait to come back!!!!! Cuban dad says he is going to be a regular :)
Food was so flavorful! Service was impeccable. Definitely recommend. We had croquetas de pollo, empanadas, & rabo encendido. So yummy. Cuban coffee is also a must.
Absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered. The yuca and cheese balls were my favorite. I can’t stop thinking about them and the plantain was perfectly cooked. I wish I lived closer so I could come all the time. Highly recommend.
Three things I absolutely love. Sandwiches, pizza, and fried pork. This place has all three, and then some. Sincerely the best chorizo pizza Ive ever had, which are hard to find in the US. Everything we ate was spectacular. We will be visiting frequently. Also make sure to try the ham croquetas, they are delish.
