Crema's Take
“NOA Cafe is a welcoming spot in Dover where espresso craftsmanship meets genuine hospitality, though you'll find their real magic extends beyond coffee to thoughtfully made pastries, creative bagels, and smoothies made with clearly quality ingredients. The space strikes that perfect balance between a quick caffeine stop and a comfortable place to linger, with reviewers consistently praising the friendly service and cozy atmosphere that makes it worth the visit. Whether you're chasing one of their specialty drinks or settling in with a smoked salmon bagel, there's a genuine care in what they're doing here.”

I remember when the cafe was under construction 🚧. I finally had a chance to visit and I am glad I did! Very friendly service. I had the Upstream with an Asiago bagel 🥯 with smoked salmon, pickled onion 🧅, avocado 🥑 and chive cream cheese. Delicious 😋! The service really shined when I asked if they had chocolate 🥐 croissants. I was offered a Nutella Croissant which is a croissant sliced with Nutella in the center. Strawberries 🍓 are sliced and placed with it. Also delicious! The medium roast drip coffee ☕ was really good! Both my orders were brought to where I was sitting. The inside is nice 👍 with window 🪟 and couch 🛋️ seating. Update: August 2025; The Cable Asiago Bagel 🥯 Sandwich was delicious 😋! I am not a fan of blueberry 🫐 muffins but the one I had was heated and served with a tasty butter 🧈. It washed down my coffee ☕ rather well! I was told they are on their third 🥉 year. Congratulations 🎉! I am going to recommend this cafe!
This review is about the coffee only: while the espresso itself was pretty balanced, the baristas need better training on how to steam microfoam (or put another way, better to train to Blue Bottle standards than to Starbucks…). Otherwise the people, space and food were great.
One of the best coffees I had while I was in US! Also, their passionfruit tea is amazing! It is such a cozy place!
Recommended by someone and we have to thank the friend. It was amazing what a bagel and open sandwich can taste. First with the bagel pirates choice. Chose an Asiago bagel. Here is the filling sprouts, yes sprouts, hummus, cucumbers and tomatoes. And healthy amounts too. Simple melt in the mouth - never had a bagel taste like this. Other open sandwich was the avocado toast. Now everyone is serving avocado toasts these days but the toast was toasted to perfection, avocado fresh and the sunflower seeds were drenched in some Sort of dressing which made this just disappear in a an instant. If you want a snack or a breakfast or a light meal and in the area NOA should be one of the options for you. Nearly forgot to mention great seating and service.
Haven’t tried their coffee yet, BUT we stumbled in hungry and ended up having a very pleasant experience. My friend and I both ordered smoothies and they were AMAZING. You can tell their ingredients were fresh and their staff were so lovely and sweet. One of the owners, Ryan, greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. He was so friendly and can’t wait to check out their other coffee shop by the beach. Highly recommend the sun beam.
