Crema's Take
“Nestled in downtown Louisville, this shabby chic gem feels like your favorite local breakfast spot where everyone knows your name, with genuinely kind servers who make you feel at home. The menu shines with thoughtfully prepared farm-to-table fare—think perfectly executed stuffed French toast and creative veggie hash—paired with genuinely delicious coffee that complements rather than overshadows the experience. Whether you're lingering over a leisurely weekend brunch, catching up with a friend, or bringing the whole family, the warm, eclectic atmosphere and consistently delightful food make it the kind of place you'll wonder how you ever lived without.”

Cozy diner feel, delicious food, kind servers… the coffee was delicious… my husband and I both loved our meals. I ordered the veggie hash and he got stuffed French toast. Only feedback? Would have loved to see huckleberry pancakes, huckleberry jam, etc on the menu…
This restaurant is absolutely delightful, and the food is delicious! From the time my Mommy and I walked in we were greeted and seated. Our sever and all the staff are fantastic! I will update this review with names once reattained, lol. Have a blessed and Happy Saturday. Looking forward to returning soon. Also, the Handicap Accessible parking right along the street and small steps made everything even more convenient and super manageable for our needs. PLUS the Hot Sauce and purple building are soooo cool! A huge Thank You to everyone - you rock! God Bless/Hugs, all friends. 💜
Great overall! A short wait for Saturday when the place was packed! Food always delicious! Abit of confusion after being seated, with an initial welcome and intro from one server where it then switched to another as they came by and said they would be with us in a moment when the other just gave us the run down of drinks etc. Both servers were great though!
The Huckleberry is a shabby chic gem in downtown Louisville with eclectic charm and absolutely delectable food, drinks, and treats. We have eaten here over the years and have loved it every time. Sometimes it can be hard to grab a table without a long wait, but there’s a good reason. It’s delicious. Try the chai. Try the biscuits and mushroom gravy. Try the Benedict. No matter what you order, you’ll love it. And then, when you leave, stock up on sweet treats and loose leaf tea.
Why have I not found this place sooner? How cute! Local feel, farm to table. Delightful food! Fabulous staff! We went for after church brunch and everything was delicious. We went with the crepes, breakfast tacos and chicken fried steak. The only thing we did not like was the chicken sausage as it was a bit dry, but as to be expected with chicken sausage right? We tried the Blue Moon Tea and was so moved, decided to book a Christmas Tea here too! This will be a staple to our brunch places from here on out!
