I had a great experience at Trung Nguyen Legend in Oregon. The coffee here is excellent—very strong, bold, and full of flavor. If you enjoy rich Vietnamese coffee, this place is definitely worth visiting. They also offer a nice variety of drinks, including different coffee options, tea, and desserts like cakes, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I would definitely come back again!
I’m not a coffee fun, but this place captivated me with its aesthetic and cozy atmosphere. Coffee was so strong, I don't usually drink coffee and after drinking one cup of coffee here my heart was racing for hours.
Unique | Excellent Coffee | Perfect Cafe This was my first time coming here since my husband found this place! This place opened in August 2025, so it's a new spot! This place is really unique from most coffee shops. Take a look at that menu, it's extensive: Vietnamese coffee, egg coffee, banana coffee, coconut matcha, pandan latte, ginger cream coffee "Motherland Coffee", Ottoman: Coffee of the Holy Faith, Roman: Breaking Through Darkness Towards Enlightenment Age Freedom coffee.... etc ALL UNIQUE!!! I strongly feel like this place knows a thing or two about coffee and focuses on making your experience here a memorable one. My husband got their Roman Iced Milk Coffee and enjoyed it thoroughly. The presentation is beautiful, served on a tray with the ingredients for you to pour and mix yourself. There is a little tag with a qr code and information on it, so you know which drink you ordered and even how long to enjoy it (example: within 20 minutes). My husband said it's a pleasant amount of sweetness (not overly sweet), but the liquid that looks like creamer is what makes it sweet, so be sure to mix your drink thoroughly. The coffee is strong. I ordered the coconut matcha and enjoyed it also. Something about the coconut water and matcha makes THE perfect blend. I think their matcha is good quality because it has almost like a light floral taste. This drink was great because I can't really have dairy, even though everything on their menu has some amount of dairy in it, like the foam top. However, I didn't mind having the foam top as the dairy item in my drink. Thankful that I'm not absolutely allergic to dairy, or else this place is a hard pass for me. So, for those that are allergic to dairy, this is not the place for you, unfortunately :( I even asked if there were dairy substitutes, and they said they don't have any. Perhaps that is something they can add in the future, like soy milk. My daughter had a hot cocoa. She loved it! Perfect temperature and not super sweet. My husband enjoyed their coffee so much that he ordered their egg coffee! He was buzzing so much from so much caffeine, haha, but he said it's delicious. They also have baking goods, which seem to be very popular because not much was available by the time I arrived late morning. The interior is truly beautiful and has lots to look at. There is also outdoor seating. Parking is SO limited and hard to navigate in a tiny side lot. Everyone has to do a bunch of maneuvering to get in and out of this place. I can see why this place is popular, though. No doubt we will be back very soon, and with friends and family.
I got the Rumi Coffee Latte (hot) so I could really taste the rose fermented flavor and I loved it! The flavor wasn’t fake at all, with beautiful floral notes and the perfect amount of syrup. It was also so pretty, topped with dried rose petals. We tried a few other drinks from the menu, and they were all great. Their baked goods and sandwiches come from La Provence, which is always a plus. The café itself is cozy, clean, and has a super friendly staff. Parking is a bit tight, but they’re so accommodating that it definitely makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful spot can’t wait to come back! 🌹☕
We went there twice to enjoy the coffee and smoothies. I love the Vietnamese drip coffee and my wife loves the avocado smoothies - we weren't disappointed! They seem to have brought everything over from Vietnam, even the condensed milk they told me. So it really tasted authentic. The first time we went was quiet. The second time was chaos with men smoking by the front door and people talking loudly throughout the restaurant. That gave it a real true feel of Saigon, haha 😅 Parking can be tight but otherwise it's a great experience there if you're looking for an authentic Vietnam experience.
