Stopped by on the way to new york and had the best breakfast: Delicious, hearty buiscuit sandwiches. Their thick cut bacon is to die for and I loved their hash browns. Get the Nola Cold Brew if you love a sugary coffee. We got there around 9 AM on a sat and it was already pretty busy but we were able to snag a table. However it quickly filled up and most people were getting their food to go.

The food was amazing. I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of hash browns. The biscuit was phenomenal – so crumbly and moist! The sausage and egg was cooked perfectly, and the hash brown was crispy without being burnt or oily. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Everything looked delicious.

Irregardless Biscuit has some of the best biscuits i’ve ever had, no question. My first love was the hot honey chicken biscuit sandwich, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the hot honey. Seconded by Howard’s Bacon biscuit, both straight-up comfort food done right. The strawberry biscuit is a must if you’re in the mood for something sweet, the NOLA iced coffee is smooth and pairs perfectly with everything, and the toffee cookies are pretty bomb. Phenomenal biscuits all around.

This is a wonderful shop with fantastic food and friendly staff. I visited for the first time when I was house hunting in the area and was immediately charmed by everything. The biscuits are the best in New England, I'm confident to say that freely. The bacon is the thickest cut I've ever seen, seriously astounding. The coffee is great, and a big plus for me is they have a large carafe of water to fill your cup freely. I didn't even realize they made cookies, but they do and they are both delicious and quite large. Definitely made for sharing. The staff is always so friendly. Recently there was a small, entirely understandable wait for my order and they apologized quite sincerely for something that wasn't a big issue. As a customer service trainer, I was impressed by such professionalism and care. The only thing I'd recommend is be prepared to carry out your order if possible. It's a very small space so eating in isn't always viable, but that really does add to the charm.

This humble store front doesn't prepare you for how great the food is. I was looking for a quick breakfast spot on my way out of town and stumbled upon Irregardless. Howard's Biscuit was fresh, buttery, and perfectly balanced with sweet honey, perfect thick cut bacon and a fresh fluffy egg. The hash browns were crispy to perfection. The owner was among one of the most friendly and accommodating people I've ever encountered in the food biz. Everything came out quick! Support this business so he expands closer to me! Irregardless of the flippant use of grammar, don't skip this one if you like good food and even better service.
