Lovewell Tea & Coffee

Came by this morning and the two staff members there were completely dismissive, zero acknowledgement walking in or as we looked over the menu. I tried looking over a couple times to see if they would acknowledge us but the girl was very much into her conversation with her co-worker. We ended up leaving without ordering. Quite honestly I've felt this vibe from the staff before but didn't think too much of it however it was much more this time. I definitely felt discriminated because as we were leaving other people coming in were sure acknowledged and welcomed.

I loved this little place, it was cute and one employee made it feel so welcoming! A lovely location for outside seating on a sunny day as well.

I really wanted to like this place — it has a nice vibe and friendly staff, but every time I’ve come, the coffee has been so watered down. I’ve tried giving it a few chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. I wish the drinks had more flavor and strength because the spot itself has potential

Best tea and coffee house with exceptional service. They have the sweetest crew working are oh my goodness THE DRINKS are so fun. Every season they come out with a fun and yummy menu.

Superb customer service! My mom lives down the street from the shop and their team was above and beyond to deliver a tea latte and muffin to her in celebration of her 80th birthday. They personalized a crown and bag without me asking. This is not the normal service these days so very appreciative. My mom was smiling ear to ear under her mask. Her tea was perfect and the muffin fresh and abundant. Absolutely superb!
