Great value proposition. Authentic food for a good price and definitely beats out others like Chipotle every time. Only complaint is that the machine for water is difficult to use.

The portions are HUGE. You can definitely share a meal if you are not too hungry. The meal itself is delicious and they provide three sauce options, Wisconsin Mild (probably mayo and mustard), Cilantro mid-spicy, and a hot option. We loved the cilantro sauce! The tres leches was delicious, and my personal favorite dessert in a very long time. They provided free warm chicken broth when we ate in which was a warm welcome on a cold winter day. Come check this place out!!!

This place is always so good. Never have to worry about small portions or poor quality. They always deliver with quick service and amazing food. There’s so many reasons why this is a Madison favorite.

After having lived in Peru for a few months post-grad, Estación Inka’s lomo saltado brings the juicy, flavorful, tangy classic to life in Madison. Every bite is balanced and full of flavor and texture—the meat, cooked to perfection; the veggies, tender and fresh; the fries, soaked in sauce; the rice, bright and herby. Truly a well-rounded comfort meal. My friends and family also enjoy the pollo a la brasa and tofu saltado. The authentic flavors are an homage to fantastic traditional Peruvian cuisine that I miss dearly. Love from your Bolivian-American neighbor ❤️🤍❤️

Coming from south America right beside peru . I can say this chicken and everything tasted like back home. The most recommended items are . Beef Churrasco and the grill chicken . Don't forget to add some fried plantain. Everytime i come to madison and around i must stop here
