Can a tired Mexican restaurant change into a hotspot for brunch? The answer is, absolutely! You have only to look at the old Rey Azteca restaurant on Fair Oaks Boulevard, now called The Brunch Corner. Their menu is extensive and their food delicious. They serve traditional brunch dishes such as Eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy, but also have Mexican breakfast fare. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food comes out of the kitchen quickly and attractively presented. Give The Brunch Corner a try soon; They will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our brunch here, the staff are so friendly & are definitely working hard to get the restaurant off to a good start. For a group of 4, we had about a 20 minute wait before a table opened inside. I had the white mocha, slightly too sweet, but still good. I also had the California Benedict, which was unfortunately not perfect. The bacon was really flat & I think it should always be crispy for a benedict. I think the Hollindaise sauce could’ve used more butter & salt, it was slightly flat. I liked the potatoes a lot! Also, the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy are good, but should be fluffier. All in all, I would come back again & would be happy to try some more options on their menu.

The service was excellent and everything we got was super good. They have freshly squeezed orange juice. The Mexican Mocha wasn’t too sweet, perfectly balanced. The chicken fried steak and potatoes were nice and crispy. Overall everything was good, the food, the service. Definitely plan on coming back and trying other things on their menu.

Good food. The service is sometimes very slow. So I hope they will take a couple of new employees to the kitchen ☺️ We’ve been here twice already because the food is good!

This place just opened as The Brunch Corner in the last month or so. We have been here twice already because the food is excellent! The customer service was fantastic both times and our server was very helpful with making a small tweak to what was listed on the menu. This is a small. Intimate cafe and I highly recommend eating here.
