There has not been one person who’s helped at Asheville Dispensary that has not been knowledgeable about their products they offer. They are very kind. The quality of their products is wonderful. This was a great experience. Liv helped us pick our drinks with great patience asking some great questions to help us uncover what we were looking for based on our needs. My team is traveling from out of town. We got the perfect drinks to relax and learn about the area. We were all able to sleep better and definitely hope we can get back there before we head out for another drink. Can't recommend Liv enough, she has won our business. I have to say this place is my go to while I am here in Asheville nc. I went in lost thinking it was going to be some bs but I was greeted by Kyle and also a cute doggy. Kyle is very knowledgeable,helpful,kind, great salesman, but the biggest thing for me coming from over 10years of customer service is how someone does with customer service and Kyle gets 10 stars. Thank you Kyle for your recommendations you did not lie when you said it gives the same effects being from Va you know what I meant the green crack is good hits you fast starts off motivating then a slow wind down I enjoyed it you gotta try it. And your fav the one you recommended the cherry limeaide (might have spelled wrong) was a great feeling as well and the wind down was nice it helped me sleep good and woke up feeling great. I purchased 6 multi cart vape pens from AD then found out I couldn't use them. They are refusing to accept returns on pens even though their website says return any unopened package within 30 days, for which Im attempting to do and site also says satisfaction guarantee. This isn't my first order but will be my last. Their policies seem to be eye candy in order to get you to shop. And in response to your partially true rebuttal, I had traveled 2 hrs outta my way to visit your South Store, absolutely loved the vib and set up and made a $170 purchase. And Yes, Adriana did give me a $50 credit on that purchase for several reasons, #1- your bud tender entered her tip on my in store purchase herself and one of the products she sold me was not what she said it was(cart vs pen). I decided to make another purchase from AD again due to the pleasant response and help I had gotten from Adriana and how she handled the situation, which I found to be professional and sincere, and I believe I actually made 3 purchases without incident, until my attempt to return the pens. Now if the reason you can't or won't accept the pens back is because of what they are, everything you sale is from same so your return policy is mis leading,(How about clarify your return policy)with that being said, your teams response in my return request was that ,"they didn't accept returns " and without explanation which left me questioning said policy. #2- I never disrespected anyone at AD and find your acusation disgusting, did I get frustrated and ask questions ? Yes, due to lack of a explanation from your support team. After a phone call to Adriana and she learning the pens where unopened and unused, she replied that she'd get back with me but never did. And trust me, you won't have to worry about any future purchases from me. And Even after all this, I sincerely hope AD and all other Despensarys survive this recent over reach destroying the 2018 Farm bill.
