Xing Fu Tang

We have been coming here since they first opened. Recently, they added claw machines, but if you have children, I would not recommend spending money on them. They may work a few times, but then they stop working or break. Unfortunately, the front staff isn’t able to do much about it or issue refunds. Just something to keep in mind before putting money into them.

I went here for the first time recently and it was so incredible!! It was genuinely the best boba I have ever had and the employees were so kind and very fast as well! When we arrived they had a huge DoorDash and they got our drinks out in under 2 minutes! The claw machines are so much fun to we even won prizes! And the whole atmosphere was awesome! If you're considering coming here please do they are literally the BEST!

I've been to Xing Fu Tang a few times but today was my first time going on a weekend. It was PACKED and I was shocked to see there were only two people working. Really? On a holiday weekend? The lines were long and the wait after putting in our order was really long too. I felt bad for the two girls working because they were nice but they seemed really stressed. Since there were so many people, there was a mix-up and someone picked up my order so I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my drink. It was really frustrating to have to wait so long on what was supposed to be a stop at the boba shop during a night out with friends. It seems like a preventable issue because why on earth would there only be two people working on a Saturday night, especially on a HOLIDAY weekend. I hope this is not a regular thing, but I doubt I'll risk coming back on a weekend after what I experienced today. I have friends looking for work in the SLC area, so I know this is not a hiring issue. Owners, do better.

Best boba in all of SLC! We frequent this place often and the boba pearls are always perfectly chewy. The torched soft foam on the top is delicious and really adds depth to the drink! Staff is always so friendly & it’s a great spot to lounge and enjoy a sweet treat.

Drink prices vary slightly from state to state. The taste is the same, but overall there is not much difference in price, the taste at Xin Fu Tang in Salt Lake City is actually quite good although not as good as in Taiwan but quite good compared to other branches in the US. The space is cozy and elegant, the surrounding customers are also quite polite. Designed and decorated similarly in almost all branches, there are parallel sentences and places to draw cards to ask for fortune telling. Overall everything is pretty good, just a bit difficult to find parking here which makes getting around and shopping a bit inconvenient.
