Crema's Take
“Ladybug Espresso is a drive-through espresso stand known for strong personalized service from regular baristas who remember your order, but the 3.8 rating reflects serious concerns that go beyond typical coffee shop inconsistency—reviews mention safety issues, staffing drama, and occasional customer service friction that suggest this isn't a reliable experience. If you're passing through University Place and want a quick specialty drink from someone who actually knows regulars, it might work; if you're looking for consistent quality or a welcoming vibe, there are better options nearby.”

Literally the worst attitude over an order. Miscommunication and misunderstanding can happen but nah this blonde girl in white netting type bikini at 2am in the morning is complaining on receiving orders she gets paid from. Beyond unprofessional.
this one barista {don't remember her name} always knows my coffee preference, she's gets it right since the first day I went the4re. Been going back ever since, been going there for over 5 yrs. Never disappointed
I went to ladybug getting off the freeway from a drive back from Bend, Oregon. stopped at this specific location. i got a 12 oz hot chocolate. My main debit card was not working, so i used a card that had $15 on it. considering how pricey it was already, i couldn’t leave a tip…
If you have never been to this type of coffee stand before, it might catch you off guard. The young lady was very nice and talkative. Items were a little expensive but I'm pretty sure you're paying for the service, and "atmosphere", which in my opinion is worth it.
