Karma Koffee

I just moved to Nebraska from Colorado, and I have had so much trouble finding a decent coffee shop! I've moved 17 times, and I try as many coffee shops as I can in each place I go, and I love Karma Koffee. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, with a nice downtown vibe. The coffee is pretty decent, and they have some good food options. Personally, I love that the staff is kind and efficient while not being sycophantic. They get pretty busy after 10, so I would try to get there by at least 9 if you want a parking spot and a good spot to sit inside, or get there after 12 when it starts to die down a bit. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars for food is because the donuts are just ok, they aren't bad but they just aren't that great. I have had hundreds of quiches across the U.S., and their spinach artichoke quiche is definitely in the top 5 for me. Not too runny but not overly firm or rubbery, and just the right amount of filling. It's flavorful, delicate, and a decent portion. The only critique I have is that the crust towards the end is a little thick, but I know some people like it, so it's just a matter of preference. Definitely recommend trying them out!

My first here and definitely coming back. I am not much of a coffee guy, I had Star Glow protein shake it tasted good. I should have told no ice but that's a miss from my end. Staff were very good and place has a good vibe to it. Will try more next time.

I just adore this coffee shop, the sweetest staff and there is so much love poured into every aspect of the business from the food to the atmosphere. They were able to turn my husband into a coffee lover and me into a matcha girl, literally the only place I will ever order matcha again! So much fun and unique drinks to try!

It’s my first time here. The place was cute. Servers were very helpful. I got the banana strawberry matcha latte, it was okay.

This was our first time trying Karma Koffee - we will be back! Coffee was great! I had a Vanilla Latte. My kids really liked the waffle meals (they were missing the bacon ordered, but I had some extra bacon at home so that wasn't a big deal). The breakfast sandwiches were also great! Can't wait to order again!
