BakeLab Patisserie

Every single thing I tried here was either absolutely delicious or quite creative, or both. The King Salmon sandwich and ube strawberry croissant were highlights, would get again. The curry and turmeric cookies were alright with an underwhelming texture, but get points for being interesting and something I’ve never seen before. The vibe of the place is refreshing, and I love the bright color palette. I wish it wasn't so unpleasant to access by walk or bike, otherwise I'd come here more.

I was going to try the new 7 Brew but the line was so long I decided to pop into bake lab. The girls were super friendly and the latte was amazing. Just a basic latte and they nailed it. Pistachio croissant was also delicious.

Lots of tasty treats to try! Both people I was with said their food was very good. Will have to go back to try their coffee.

Very cute place. I specifically came due to the Ube cold foam on their purple people eater October special beverage. I got a Iced pistachio late topped with the ube cold foam and it was top notch, exactly what I was craving. I don't see many places in Midwest that use ube and it's a shame because it is delicious. I also got a pistachio croissant and ube-strawberry croissant - Both were wonderful.

I am absolutely in love! This is the perfect sun up to sun down pastry and coffee shop! Clean and refreshing atmosphere, with delicious eats! Flavors are on overload... perfect!! One of the best shops I've been to in a very long time. Sit, catch a tan out on the patio, relax, work, eat, sip, chat... it's an environment you'll love! Beautiful job, BakeLab!
