One of the best shops in Ala Moana! Ever since I found this place out, it's been my main spot for purchasing high quality tea. The staff are very knowledgable with their products. They'll help you if you're simply browsing or looking for something specific. There are also samples of loose tea for you to smell, and sometimes there are samples for you to drink. Mahalo for being an awesome store! Tea enthusiasts should definitely check out Lupicia.

Returns-we purchased two products from this company and requested that it was a black tea decaffeinated We tried the tea and when we requested an exchange because it was not similar to a black tea, but was quite flowery. We were told that, even though we could show them the Amex statement, they would not accept a return without the original bill, even though it was within 12 hours This is very poor customer service

We visited Lupicia twice during our trip to Ala Moana Center, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The woman working there was incredibly nice — so kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about tea. After our first visit, we couldn’t resist coming back later that day to buy a lot of different teas. She let us sample several kinds, explained how each tea is made and grown, and even told us which ones are best served hot or cold. It was such a warm, welcoming experience that made us appreciate tea in a whole new way. The store is beautiful, aromatic, and full of amazing flavors. I’m sharing my photos from today — if you live in or visit Honolulu, you absolutely must stop by this shop and try their tea!

I usually order online but I finally got to visit in person! It was super hard to find but once I did I shopped until I dropped. They have so many combinations and teas! The workers were super helpful and would go to the back to retrieve ones I couldn't find more of on the floor. Absolutely love their blends!

An awesome tea shop - well stocked with so many varieties of tea leaves. Some of pure single origin, and others are blends of tea leaves and other ingredients. They carry local Hawaiian blends which I imagine you can't get outside these areas. They also sell tea pot, and serving cups. Some are made in Japan. The tea are sold in a prepackaged tin container, or bags. I imagine one can buy also by weight. Tea lovers should definitely plan a visit if you're in the area.
