Café Lido

Crema's Take

Tucked inside the Mar Monte Hotel near East Beach, Café Lido serves carefully sourced Dart coffee alongside California-inspired breakfast and lunch in a lush, plant-filled space that feels more like a leisurely retreat than a quick caffeine stop. The small but mighty menu—think soyrizo burritos and healthy breakfast bowls—pairs beautifully with cocktails like their California Spritz, and the genuinely warm staff makes even early morning visits feel unhurried and special. It's the kind of place where you settle in for a while, not somewhere you rush through, especially if you can snag a spot with a view.

Had breakfast here today (3/6/26) and it was amazing. Prompt service, delicious food, clean, an excellent bartender that made a delicious California Spritz, and beautiful views near the pool.

Came here because we were staying down the road and needed some early morning coffee and something to eat. Really friendly service, coffee from Dart was so good, soyrizo burrito good too.

Café Lido is a small cafe bar at Mar Monte Hotel. They serve limited coffee, tea, and modest breakfast. I came here for a breakfast and had a healthy Breakfast bowl ($14) and an Iced Coffee ($6). Atmosphere is ok. Prices are ridiculous expensive. Staff was compliant and responsive. Overall, it's a nice coffee bar.

Café Lido beautiful atmosphere.!! Stop and enjoy the day time near the East Beach. Open until 8:00 pm I was so amaze with the team work at the beautiful decorating with plants and flowers drawn in the walls in color gray. The cafe bar has and amazing team working together in synchronic with well selected cuisine created by the executive chef and his assistant. Everyone can enjoying the delightful lunch and the beautiful weather of Santa Bárbara. 🌟

Almost didn't come here when I saw that they might not have alternatives to their pork options for their breakfast sandwich. But that changed when one of the lovely servers their told me they had chicken apple sausage—which I didn't even see in their Breakfast Menu 😂 But yeah cool place and from my first experience here I have the impression that the servers know their stuff and are considerate of customers. As you can see from the photos the food went exactly where it was supposed to: my belly 😂😂😂
