Crema's Take

Lowcountry Produce Market & Cafe is a beloved Hilton Head breakfast and lunch spot where everything seems to be made with genuine care, from their famous made-to-order glazed doughnuts (worth the wait!) to perfectly executed southern classics like cheddar biscuits and avocado toast. The casual, family-friendly vibe makes it feel less like a tourist cafe and more like the kind of place locals genuinely return to, whether you're stopping by for fresh pastries and coffee or a proper sit-down breakfast after exploring the island's scenic paths. It's the rare cafe that balances a quick grab-and-go option with the kind of thoughtful, homemade quality that makes you remember your meal long after your visit.

Homemade, made to order, hot doughnuts! We ordered the glazed doughnut and were surprised that it required a wait. Little did we know that the doughnut was going to be freshly made to order for us. What a fantastic treat! We also ordered lunch online and had an easy pickup experience. BLT and crab cake sandwich with fries were both great. There is plenty of seating in a very comfortable space as well. Great lunch spot!

We stopped here on our way to Harbour Town while visiting Hilton Head Island recently for breakfast and it was delicious. The avocado toast was great and the fresh fruit was really good. Perfectly prepared food and great service. Definitely going to be our go to when visiting Hilton Head. Highly recommended.

We always enjoy our food at any Low Country Produce location. This location was not busy at the time of our visit. Our server was ok, but we had to ask for a coffee refill and there was another waitress that looked miserable working there which lessened our experience.

We just happened to stumble upon this place while visiting Hilton Head as a family and let me tell you, I will never forget how their cheddar biscuits tasted. Talk about the best southern breakfast I’ve ever had. If you do one thing, it’s get the homemade doughnuts because they are going to rock. your. world. Thank me later!

My husband and I were visiting and spent the morning bike riding the beautiful paths. We were thirsty and hungry and decided to stop here. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with peach and blue cheese/broccoli raisin salad on the side and an iced chai latte and my husband had a market salad with chicken with an iced mocha. Our meals and drinks were delicious. It did take a little while to get a waiter to our table but once we did, he was great. We would go back if ever in the area.
