I bought a penzi from them earlier, and they even charge it for me when I stop by — almost like a Tesla station for my penzi. It’s such a simple service, but it shows how much they care about their customers. Today I accidentally forgot my penzi at the shop. I thought it was gone for sure. But then something amazing happened — one of the guys actually came to my house to return it. Who does that anymore? UPB nah

This place sells fake disposables and there are multiple other reviews to prove it. Bought one, got it home and tried everything but it wouldn’t work. Brought it back into the store 2 days later to prove it didn’t work and ask for a refund and he said the best he could do was give me $5 off a new product that probably also wouldn’t have worked. Wish I would have looked at other reviews before shopping here.

Store sells FAKE disposables, do not do business here!!! Bought an Elf Bar, noticed it looked off and tasted completely different. Opened it up and has a different battery and board from a real one.
