Update: I appreciate the response and attentiveness from the owner so I am upgrading my review to 4 stars. I do really enjoy the quality of cakes/cupcakes. I will not let one bad experience dictate my overall view of this store. I appreciate the responsiveness and customer service from the owners. I went in on 1/5 to place an order of a small simple smash cake for pick up on 1/9. Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting no design necessary. I was told it needed to be placed 7 day in advance. I asked if they could see if it was possible since it was just a plain cake nothing fancy. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes I was told by another coworker that no its not enough time. She didnt even ask like she said she would. This didnt sit right with me, I didnt understand why they couldnt do a simple cake order 5 days in advance. So I left and called the one in puyallup. Not only did the one in puyallup say it was possible but we discussed fillings and designs and all this extra stuff I was willing to go without just to get the order in. Needless to say im disappointed in the U.P store. The only reason why im giving 2 stars is because the first girl I talked to actually tried contacting someone but was waiting for a response. The second girl wouldn't even bother to ask.

Got banana cupcakes with lion faces, dirt cupcakes and a banana smash cake for my sons first birthday and they were AMAZING! Super cute and tasted awesome. Highly reccomend this place!

Best cupcakes 🧁 around! As a youth soccer club we love coming here to celebrate a win! Wanna cupcake is always so supportive of the community and we are so grateful to have such an amazing Bakery in our area. One of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! The cake is not dry, and the frosting is a delicious buttercream - just the right amount of sweetness! They had a great variety of flavors and none of them disappointed. They had a lot of decorations to personalize if celebrating something. The drinks were top notch too! Coffee and Italian Sodas with unique flavors that were so refreshing. The young gal working the counter was so sweet and personable! She was very accommodating since it was my first time. Highly recommend! No sit down area inside FYI.
