Crema's Take

Tucked into a Worth Avenue alleyway, this intimate Roman-inspired cafe feels like you've stepped straight into Italy, with an atmosphere and authenticity that keeps locals returning. Chef Cristian's hand-crafted pastries—particularly his legendary homemade cannolis—and carefully prepared cappuccinos showcase genuine culinary care, though the tiny six-to-eight seat space means arriving early is essential.

Tiny cafe in the center of the upscale Worth Avenue shopping district. Located inside an alleyway off Worth Avenue. Pretty decor. Seating for approx 6 to 8 people. Service is friendly. No bathroom for customers. 10 minute walk to the beach. Acai bowls are good here.

Paid $10 for a smoothie. Wasn’t worth. Customer service was alright. Workers weren’t too friendly. It’s a cute little place hidden in the alley. Outdoor seating and indoor seating are limited. More like grab and go place.

I love it here! As a book lover the puns in the food and drink names are all so cute! It’s such a bright and pretty space. I wish there were chairs at the tables inside, but the outside tables are nice and covered too! I’ve been a fan of Raptis Rare books for a long time, so…
