Crema's Take
“This historic St. Louis market buzzes with genuine community energy, where you can grab quality coffee alongside fresh-baked sourdough and browse everything from local produce to vintage finds, all while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere that keeps both locals and visitors coming back. It's less a typical coffee stop and more a sensory experience—a place where grabbing your drink is just the beginning of discovering what the neighborhood has to offer. The friendly vendors and competitive prices make it feel like a genuine gathering spot rather than a polished commercial space.”

This market is uniquely historic with a wide variety of venders and products. The sourdough from Bridge Bread was delicious!
Love the atmosphere and the positive energy that this market place gives off. Everyone is just trying to shop, drink their adult beverages, and be happy. What's not to love. You see people there of all walks of life with their entire families and friends. I love it Everytime I'm able to make my way over here.
Great farmer’s market with lots of vendor variety. We came while visiting St. Louis, so we didn’t buy any produce or food, but everything looked good! We found a place selling STL t-shirts, so we got one of those as a souvenir. highly recommend for locals looking to buy produce and other foods. I also recommend for visitors looking for a farmer’s market experience - and if you’re staying somewhere you can cook, they have fresh food! There was a Latino festival going on there while we were visiting, and it was amazing - lots of vendors for goods, food, and refreshments. There was also live music, and we got to see Brenda K. Starr - she was so fun and engaging!
A feast for the senses! Wonderful smells, beautiful colors. We brought relatives visiting from England and enjoyed seeing all the fresh produce. I purchased several fruits I've never tried before.
I really love Soulard Market. The prices are so much better than what you’d find at any regular grocery store, and there’s always a great variety of fresh produce and other stuff. The people are friendly and the whole place has a welcoming, down-to-earth vibe. If you go on a weekday, it’s super chill — barely any crowds, which I personally love. It’s one of those places that just feels good to shop at. Definitely a favorite for me.
