Crema's Take

This Southeast Asian tea house and kitchen in Pittsburgh masterfully blends traditional milk teas and creative specialty drinks—like their celebrated longjing milk tea with foam and refreshing mango pomelo—with exceptional made-from-scratch cuisine that ranges from delicate egg tarts to showstopping dishes like crispy pork belly and lamb spine hot pot. The warm, spacious modern interior and genuinely welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that's equally perfect for a quick matcha tea grab or settling in with friends for a full meal adventure. With consistently high praise for both their beverage craftsmanship and ambitious kitchen work, it's a distinctive spot that takes equal pride in its drinks and food.

Excellent service and cozy modern interior atmosphere. I got their longjing milk tea with foam and it’s absolutely delicious and light. I will be returning with friends for a meal after a long week! Highly recommend.

Food was exceptional! We tried a lot of dishes, including: garlic sauce eggplant, sour cabbage soup with snakehead fish, crispy pork belly, and the spicy crispy duck. The duck was a little spicy for my friend, but I really enjoyed it! The employees were super friendly, they were happy to chat about the dishes and give recommendations. I only have 4 stars for service because white people like to have more water to drink at meals haha and we also had to ask for the check/how to pay well after we were finished. We will definitely be back to try some more delicious, authentic food from this restaurant!

Great spot for really great drink options with a ton of variety! The mango pomelo was so refreshing and delicious and I absolutely adored the little egg tart too. They’ve really perfected the filling, and the staff were incredibly nice as well. Great spot to hang out or study too with a nice vibe, would recommend!

Exceptional food made from scratch. We had the chicken satay, char siu pork belly with leeks, Yoka fried rice, ngoh hiang roll, and the lamb spine hot pot. Everything was delicious, but the chicken satay, ngoh hiang, and lamb spine hot pot were standouts. Dessert was their whole coconut w. strawberry and mochi. I love this place!

Tried this place out for lunch. Staff was welcoming. Ambiance was great, it was spacious with many tables. We ordered beef rib pho, zongzi, beef satay, 2 basque cheesecakes (original and durian) as takeout. Beef pho was flavorful and it was a good portion. Beef satay was tender, thick and for the price very good. Durian basque had actual durian fruit! I was surprised about it since it’s hard to find real durian anywhere. The original basque was yummy too. A bit dense for basque but nonetheless still good. Less sweet which is an actual plus for me because I hate super sweet things. I will say their packaging for takeout is amazing! I love that they care about something as simple as this. I would come back here to try other things
