Crema's Take

I appreciate you sharing this information, but I need to let you know that Crystal Mountain appears to be a water delivery service rather than a coffee shop. The reviews mention water bottles, delivery schedules, and account management—not coffee, espresso drinks, or café experiences. As Crema, I focus on specialty coffee shops, so this wouldn't be the right fit for my app. If you have a actual coffee shop in Huntsville you'd like me to profile, I'd be happy to help!

DO NOT RECOMMEND, I was a long time customers. Beginning of Feb 2023 to End of Aug 2025. I decided to switch drinking water for personal reasons. I gave them 27 days notice that I wanted to close my account. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee as a thank you for my $1,633 in business during those 2.5 years. Apparently the BOLD “Should you cancel within 12 months you owe us $50” auto renews each year for another 12 months along with your account. I know it’s not the desk clerks fault, so she gave me the account managers phone number, who told me this is a great lesson in learning to read anything you sign. She said, I am lucky I wasn’t under a 36 month agreement like others. My advice STEER CLEAR. If there was any chance I might return as a customer that was SQUASHED over a cancellation fee, yet no one could tell me what it paid for. Even a simple, it’s for the time it takes us to update driver routes would have been something. All they had was, sorry the owner made this rule, we just have to enforce it. I hope someone can set this review on the owners desk at least.

This company does not deliver to apartment buildings, such a disappointment. Many elder people living in apartments cannot carry very much, definitely not heavy water bottles. This sounds like a good niche business if someone was so inclined.

After messing up our water delivery MULTIPLE times, and reaching out MULTIPLE times to no avail I decided to finally cancel our account after almost 2 years of doing business. Truly not worth the headache. I have asked for an update on when they can pick up our empty bottles over and over and over again and was told a certain date. No one ever showed and I was home all week, so there are no excuses. They are extremely unorganized, unapologetic and honestly just practicing bad business. Getting water from them was never a necessity which is why the decision to sever our relationship came even easier. Do better. It's honestly embarrassing.

I've had two accounts for many years. I think it's been around 9 years. Have one account at work, and had one account at home. I had to cancel the home account because the delivery schedule changed almost every month. I would get random deliveries, or not get a delivery at all. Sometimes my empty bottles would sit outside for a month. I just couldn't keep storing empties until I hit the delivery lottery. My work account has been great, though. And the customer service has been pretty good.
