Crema's Take
“Bartolo's is a warmly atmospheric Italian spot in Salt Lake City where leisurely brunches and dinners feel like gathering with family, complete with standout house-made pastries and an impressive specialty cocktail selection. The kitchen shines with rich, authentic flavors—think perfectly executed pork chop marsala and phenomenal French toast—making it equally comfortable for a solo coffee moment or hosting a larger group without the usual wait times. It's the kind of place where you'll linger over good food and attentive service, especially if your server happens to be Dixter.”

We went here for Saturday brunch and there wasn’t a wait at all! Super cute atmosphere and fun menu choices, and the french toast was phenomenal. Only negative for us - the sausage patty on the breakfast sandwich was essentially an enormous Italian meatball in a…
Great setting and ambience for a place that can accommodate large groups. Good selection of specialty cocktails. "Spicy" options are Utah spicy. Thought the pasta was slightly overcooked. Great desserts in a cup! Both cheesecake and tira misu. Would definitely repeat.
We recently dined at this incredible Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City, and it was a true delight from start to finish. The flavors were rich, vibrant, and unmistakably authentic—every bite transported us straight to Italy. From the perfectly al dente spaghetti to the savory…
Great Experience. Our server Dixter is the best he gave us good recommendations and he’s tight! Food is really great. The porkchop marsala is my favorite and their blueberry pancakes is the best in town its a must try. Highly recommended
