Crema's Take
“Imagine transports you somewhere far from Cambridge with its warmly eclectic, almost European café atmosphere and thoughtful ritual around espresso and filter coffee. The team genuinely cares about craft—their creative signature drinks and matcha are standouts—and they've cultivated a space that feels lived-in and authentic rather than polished, making it perfect for lingering or working. It's the kind of place where you sense the owners have created something intentional and a little bit magical.”

One of the best coffee spots. Amazing espresso and filter coffee, as always.
The staff here are genuinely lovely, and the café carries an atmosphere that sets it apart from most spots in Boston. There’s a lived-in, almost European warmth that makes the space feel authentic rather than overly designed. Despite being a small shop, the clientele is refined and respectful, which keeps the environment pleasantly quiet. I ordered my usual latte. The milk texture was smooth and well-balanced, though I personally prefer a coffee with a deeper aroma and a more pronounced flavor profile. It’s not the most exceptional latte I’ve ever had, but it’s consistent and enjoyable enough to satisfy a daily coffee craving. Overall, it’s a charming café with character, kind people, and a peaceful vibe. Thank you to the team — wishing you all continued success.
It's beautiful in there, but for how much we paid, the drinks were bad. I ordered the "elevate" because it was recommended, but the drink was somehow watery? And maybe they dropped in more cinnamon than intended. I had trouble finishing it. The cappuccino and butter croissant was good. Hojicha latte was ~fine but so expensive for such a tiny little cup. Their iced rose drink was, again, very expensive and poorly executed. I was really excited to try this place but for how much we paid and what we got, I can't recommend it. Even the best thing we got, the cappuccino, was only ~okay. It is very beautiful inside, but I think better execution on pricier drinks would be a good move.
Just discovered this place and I love it!! The vibes are amazing and their matcha is perfection. 10/10
Feels like it was magically transported from Istanbul, Ojai, or somewhere worlds away from Cambridge. (There's sage smudging in the doorway.) Creative coffee and coffee adjacent drinks, realllly delicious pastries, interesting plants, cool layout, ultra friendly staff. So excited this place is here! NOTE: Kismet is not the real name of this place...some overeager Google reviewers got ahead of mgmt. Correct hours and everything here under Imagine.
