The Bevy Brew

Service was excellent but the served steak was undercooked and tough.

Great restaurant ! It’s not too big where it’s noisy , your able to talk & hear one another at dinner, It’s just relaxing !! I highly recommend the bevy brew for breakfast , lunch or dinner

Not open at 9:30am on a Saturday because supposedly they only have 1 person that works it and that person had an emergency. Not believable, and no business runs on one person being able to do something. The food and bev director was very nice, but I have been to hotels where they have people from the front desk making lattes at the coffee shop. Maybe it's a case of "we just can't find any good help".

The Grilled Cheese sandwich with brisket is fantastic 😋. So much that I dig right into it and forget about a photo. They Bevy is dog friendly which is a big plus.

I don’t get it. Great machine to pull decent shots. Captive foot traffic of what must be a few hundred folks every day. Their coffee is somehow worse then a ‘normal’ Doubletree hotel. As a Diamond member, I had $30 in dining credit and could have ordered as much as I wanted here …and this coffee was so bad that I didn’t spend any more than for a very very bad latte
