Eats Bakery & Coffee

Yum really was happy with my sweet treats from here! I got the pistachio matcha latte which was really tasty, I got it to go and didn’t love sipping it from the can it came in but with a straw I could taste the pistachio flavor a lot better. The doughnuts were the perfect raised doughnut texture in my opinion, soft with a slight chew. The dough itself isn’t overly sweet and they don’t overdo the toppings so they aren’t insanely indulgent tasting, very balanced! I wanna come back and try some of their lattes and savory items. I came at like 12 and they were lower stock on the bakery items but had enough to choose from still!

I thought I knew all the vegan restaurants in SLC, but I just discovered Eats this morning. Wow ~ what a find! The place is cozy and inviting, lots of places to sit and relax while you enjoy your coffee and goodies. The service was super friendly and helpful; they make you feel welcome. Now for the food: OMG, it's the best you're ever gonna find, vegan or not. I couldn't decide on what to get so I ordered several things. The donuts are huge, fluffy and delicious. The cinnamon roll, absolutely divine. I've never had one that soft. The biscuit sandwiches, though; I'd go there just for one of those. Eats is going to be my new favorite breakfast place.

Came in while in SLC to get a latte and orignally going to get donuts due to reviews I had looked at. But, when we came in the cinnamon rolls looked amazing so we had to get some. The woman taking our order was super sweet and explained and answered all our questions about the menu. The hot latte hit the spot. My husband enjoyed his brew coffee. The cinnamon rolls are sweet!!!!! Delicious but sweet. We each had half and split with each other. Both types we got were amazing. The shop had lots of seating and the cutest water cups. We enjoyed coming in.

Vegan everything and so delicious! The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was absolutely amazing! The best breakfast biscuit I’ve had in a long time. All of their donuts are so delicious! My husband had the ham and cheese sandwich and that too was so good! One of my new favorite vegans places. Highly recommend to anyone even non-vegans.
