Crema's Take
“Toast Mi is a Vietnamese sandwich shop that takes their banh mi seriously, loading each one generously with quality meats, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked eggs on bread that strikes that elusive balance between substantial and tender. Beyond the stellar sandwiches, they've carved out a fun niche with creative boba and specialty drinks like their Taro Oreo creation, making it a spot where you can grab an impressive meal and playful beverage without the pretension. The combination of exceptional flavors, generous portions, and fair pricing keeps locals coming back—this is the kind of neighborhood spot that makes you excited to have discovered it.”

The banh mi is my favorite - the baguette is a little bit denser than what I've gotten from other Vietnamese deli, but still good. I always get the Hoi An because the cold cut option is my default go to, and the ingredients there feel authentic. There's a good amount of filling, as well.
Amazing sandwiches we always get the chicken and beef, sorry I forgot names. Flavor and presentation always on point and then we were offered these delicious boba and rainbow jelly drinks. I will go back everytime and when friends come from out of state this will be out first spot. If you’re on a budget and want to eat good and healthy this is the spot! Thank you to the staff for your generosity❤️
I ordered their grilled pork Bahn Mi with a Taro Oreo bona drink. It was delicious! Bahn Mi are one of my favorite sandwiches and this place did not disappoint. The meat was flavorful, fatty and moist. The vegetables were crisp, fresh and tangy. The bread was surprisingly warm. All together, it was a wonderful sandwhich experience. The restaurant has plenty of seating, with a clean and pristine environment. The staff were also friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out. They are simple, but effective!
The Bahn Mi is fully loaded than other places. The bread is delicious yet soft. Good amount of veggies and meat, I added egg to mine, cooked perfectly. For the price? This sandwich is exceeds! Definitely coming back here.
I ordered the imperial which is 2 choices of meat, and fried egg. I picked grilled chicken and pork. Second sandwich was grilled beef. They do not skimp on the meat!! I thought my fave was this other place but Toast mi is better! My guy liked his sandwich as well. There are pictures on the wall that the bahn mi's are named after. Cool idea. Service was great, and I got a sample of Ube coffee which was delicious. Nice, clean spot.
