Crema's Take

Tucked into a cozy Collegetown corner, Fresh Marché is a beloved spot where college students and nostalgic locals alike return again and again for their legendary açaí bowls—especially the fan-favorite Par-yay—made with fresh base and housemade granola. Beyond the bowls, they've earned serious recognition for their matcha lattes and cold-pressed juices in an area where quality matcha is surprisingly hard to find, all served by genuinely warm staff who make the intimate two-table space feel like a gathering place rather than a cramped café.

What to expect

Strong matcha and tea selection, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit spot, quick-grab. Light food on the menu. Family friendly.

This is a gem. It was not as busy as I would have expected given the quality of the ingredients and dishes. An amazing salad and sandwich shop with exceptionally good coffee.

Really good, fresh and thick açaí bowls. I will say the cafe is rather small with only two tables but everything else is great! I recommend if ur in the mood for a quick grab of coffee or bowls.

Was hoping to love this place and it was meh. Ordered a coffee and an acai bowl. Staff was nice. No seating which was unfortunate. I realize it's because there's no room (not their fault the building is tiny) but it's not really appealing to have to eat in your car. For the…
