Fresh Tracks

Absolutely never disappoints!! We drive 5 hours to Lake Placid and go straight to Fresh Tracks every time. The acai bowls are 10/10. Their consistency and attention to detail are next level ❤️.

Stumbled into this little shop on my way out of Lake Placid. It’s an adorable, modern, little cafe with fun vibes and a good menu. Ordered the sugar cookie latte, which I think was a special at the time, and it tasted exactly like a sugar cookie. Syrups are homemade and not artificial tasting. Besides a great coffee, I left a children’s umbrella there by accident that I had just purchased on Main Street to bring home to my son. Ashlyn wasted no time locating the umbrella and mailing it to my home. She was so kind and helpful, and I’m so grateful. Will absolutely be back next time I visit LP!

Food 5 stars. We both got the Caesar with chicken. The salad was finely chopped and the chicken was plentiful and warm! Amazing! We placed our order at the counter and the gal brought us our salad so basically self service. There are cooler drinks plus they make hot coffee beverages. I’m rating the atmosphere a 3 because they have a flip style billboard on the wall that’s interesting at first, then we realized how noisy it is and intrusive on quiet dining. The napkins are high quality, the bathrooms are clean and well signed. The seating was very comfortable, in fact we sat on a couch with a small table in front of us. What fun, thanks for doing such a good job!

Love this place. We were visiting for a work trip and needed a coffee.. thought we had to resort to Starbucks and stumbled into this entrance next to it. So stoked we did. Madison at the counter was an absolute gem in this wonderfully bright space. Our iced lattes were perfect, and the turkey pesto sandwich was delicious. We will be back for every frequent work trip to placid. THANK YOU!!!! Support local small businesses ♥︎

This is a great healthy counter service restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu items, and there are lots of seating options inside this adorable spot. I got an açaí bowl and the portions are gigantic. Fruit was fresh and the granola was my favorite part. The topping was a bit much for me, but I’m sure some love all that Nutella gooey goodness. Highly recommend!
