Villa Myriam Roasting

Crema's Take
“Villa Myriam Roasting is a genuine neighborhood gem where the industrial romance of visible roasters frames your coffee experience, and their north-facing patio feels like a secret escape in the heart of Albuquerque. The espresso and pour overs are clearly taken seriously here, but what keeps people coming back monthly is the full breakfast menu and special Friday French toast paired with that unhurried, authentic atmosphere that locals say captures old ABQ perfectly. Whether you're settling in with a laptop for a few hours or meeting a friend, this spot manages to feel both purposeful and deeply relaxing.”

Great atmosphere with the looming coffee roasters on display in the back. North facing patio is fantastic in the spring. Very cool spot in town, my mom said it reminded her of old ABQ. The breakfast sandwich brought me in and it's the best I've ever had at a restaurant. I also enjoyed their coffee/espresso very much.
This place is absolutely amazing! We plan to return at least once a month because it really is that good! The food is delicious, but honestly that’s just the icing on the cake. What really makes this place shine is the staff. They treat everyone with such kindness and warmth. The ladies up front are so cute and welcoming, and the chefs always come out to say hello and get feedback on their delicious creations. It is obvious they love what they do, and that kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Amazing staff, amazing chefs, and amazing food and coffee. If you’re looking for the perfect brunch or breakfast spot, this is it. Not only will you enjoy great food, but you’ll also be surrounded by beautiful people with beautiful hearts who truly care about their customers. My only complaint? My tummy isn’t big enough to fit everything :(
In town for a meeting and needed a place to get some work done and came across this gem. I highly recommend it. The match was delicious and the food was great! I come to ABQ about twice a year and I think I've found my hangout spot. Can't wait to be back!
I know they have special french toasts on Fridays, and I was finally in town on a Friday. It's a great place for food and coffee, popular with both people meeting up and folks getting work done. The coffee is EXCELLENT. I got a cup of the Whiskey and the afternotes really do taste like whiskey and is very tasty. They had a butterscotch french toast the day I was there and while I thought the mint leaves were a bit strong, it was delicious!
After I dropped the rental back to Enterprise. I had a few minutes before the uber got there. It’s a very short walk to VM and worthy. A little oasis in a sea of cement and blacktop. I ordered an iced coffee in avocado toast. My plan was to eat it there, but I ran out of time and had to take it with me. I drink was awesome, but iced coffee never last long. Their avocado toast was an incredible surprise when I opened the box. It was very delicious so thanks!
