The bright, modern interior surprises visitors who might be put off by its strip-mall exterior on that busy corner, making it a solid spot for a lingering coffee date. That said, consistency can be spotty (matcha execution seems particularly hit-or-miss), and reward redemption has caused friction, so manage expectations accordingly.”

I went in to get a treat with my birthday reward. The employee did not know how to apply the reward and insisted I had to pay first. The only reason I went in was because the croissant was going to be free, but I guess not. Also it was one of the worst croissants I've ever had…
Friendly staff, but the matcha was awful. Not mixed well, very clumpy, extremely bitter. Ended up tossing out. (Photos in different lighting just to show clumpiness)
