Crema's Take
“This Denver gem takes the humble pasty to an art form, with hand-held treasures so authentically crafted that regulars swear they rival UK standards—and the creative fillings like their South of the Border with spicy chorizo and smoked chipotles prove there's room for inspired innovation alongside tradition. Owner Matthew's genuine warmth and presence behind the counter sets a welcoming, unpretentious tone that makes it perfect for a quick solo grab or lingering breakfast with family, with generous portions and fair prices that keep people coming back. Whether you're fueling up before work or treating yourself to one of their frozen varieties to take home, you're getting quality ingredients and care in every flaky, hand-held bite.”

Some of the best Pasties I have had in the last 30+ years living in the US. They would even give most UK vendors a run for their money they are that good. The owner Mathew was working the shop, had a good chat, great guy and food experience.
my coworker turned me onto this place, the food is soooo good! Plenty of different options, in the same form factor which makes it easy to eat with your hands. Fair prices, generous portions, and stellar service! They do have a small seating area inside, which works well because it looks like most people appreciate the ability to take on the go. Seriously, pick a few up and walk around cherry creek! I personally dig the Miner. Plenty of meat, the perfect amount of seasoning, and it really does warm you in a comforting way. For breakfast options, I was recommended the New Mexico, and it did not disappoint! 10/10 I'll be coming here often and again!
Okay I just want to say that was freaking bombbbbb!!!!! Im fat and I'm from the east coast so I know food. You will not be disappointed if you go here. It was flaky, meat was tender, potatos were cooked through perfect, seasoning was spot on. Thank you I really enjoyed it.
Met the owner Matthew! This spot is amazing from the appearance, the service and OMG the food!! You can get one and dine in or take it on the go. They also offer frozen ones you can heat up as well! Amazing selection from breakfast style, lunch and dessert! This place is amazing must try and truly amazing!!
Got the South of the Border (Spicy chorizo, egg, jalapeños, green chili, smoked chipotles, potato, onion, Cheddar, adobo sauce) for breakfast and it was delicious! The guy running the place was very chill, welcoming and appreciative of me coming in. Will be back and try others soon!
