Crema's Take

Tucked on the second floor of Farmhouse Market, Jazzman's Cafe offers a spacious, open atmosphere perfect for lingering over coffee or catching up with friends, with a manager and kitchen team genuinely invested in accommodating dietary needs. While execution has been inconsistent—particularly with food quality—the cafe shines as a welcoming, family-friendly spot where you can settle in with your laptop or gather around various-sized tables without feeling rushed.

My family and I went there for lunch, and customer service was horrible. I did not realize when I googled that this isn’t a regular restaurant. That it’s more like a cafe style. The cashier was annoyed that we didn’t know how things worked like where to order or that we had to go pick out our drink out of a cooler at the other end of the bar. She cut me off before I could finish ordering asking if that was all. After we ordered the cook yelled tell them it will be 20 minutes or more there’s people ahead of them. Had my mother not already paid for hers and was exhausted I would have suggested we leave. However I did order a drink from the coffee shop side and had a great experience and my drink was perfect.

Came to try out the Sunday Brunch on 9/8/24 and was very disappointed. The food selection was very limited to just the basics. The french toast sticks were hard and barely warm. The biscuits were also hard and tasted more like cornbread. The sausage patties were barely even warm. Omelettes were available to order but were so small it took about 3 bites to finish one. There was an employee walking around asking customers if they were ok and picking up dishes. I tried to get her attention, but never once came over to my table, just went to the other tables. I recommend management actually having real biscuits, actual hot food, and bigger selection. For the price they charge, people are better off going to Golden Corral for a couple bucks more. there you get hot food, which includes real delicious biscuits and much larger selection for the money.

Neat restaurant in the grocery store. Manager was extremely helpful and chef even guided me to ensure gluten free. Highly recommend!!!

It’s a very open atmosphere that can can accommodate about 100 people at various size tables or at the bar. Note: this place is located on the 2nd floor of Farmhouse Market. So enter the market and look for the staircase or just ask an employee. Food was good and it was a trivia night. Beers are made local by various breweries so it’s a great way to get some local brewed beers in one place. I heard they also sell some of the beers. Service was Ok, but they were more preoccupied about getting closing tasks performed than attending to customers or making conversation.

This my second visit to this place and it gives same vibes which I had in my first visit. Hope they publish events in online too as it was difficult to find.
