MOLLIE Aspen

Lovely vibes! Petit Trois, the cafe, and rooftop bar were all amazing. The room had some unique offerings and was very cozy. Fitness center and rooftop hot tub were a plus. Concierge was always on top of questions, recommendations, and rides were always available. Communication during our stay was excellent. Got great use out of the app as well. My wife and I had a wonderful experience!

An Absolute Gem in Aspen! We had the most incredible stay at MOLLIE Aspen and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional—incredibly welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to making sure every guest has a seamless experience. The location is hard to beat. Being directly across from the bus stop to the mountains made our ski mornings so easy and stress-free, yet the hotel is perfectly walkable to town for shopping, dinning and exploring. It’s the ideal balance of convenience and quiet luxury. A few highlights from our trip: • The Food: Every meal was outstanding. The culinary program here is top-tier; we found ourselves wanting to eat at the hotel just as much as venturing out. • The Rooftop Hot Tub: This was the "wow" factor for us. Soaking in the hot tub while sipping on their expertly crafted cocktails was the perfect way to wind down after a day on the slopes. • The Vibe: The design is gorgeous, but it still feels warm and inviting. We are already counting down the days until we can come back. If you’re looking for a modern, high-end, and perfectly situated stay in Aspen, MOLLIE is it!

The staff was amazing. You step out of the Hotel, they give you complimentary rides anywhere you want to go in Aspen. This was super convenient. The room was nicely appointed. Details like the humidifier running was nice and turn down service with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Breakfast was great. And don’t miss the cacao ceremony. Super cool. Henry, Guido, Ricardo, Jason, and Benji were all awesome.

Best ever first time in aspen thanks to the mollie hotel! This hotel is not only beautiful, modern and clean. It is also super conveniently located with all the best spots just walking distance! The bus stop to Snowmass is literally across the street too which is very convenient. But I have to say what makes this hotel unique and absolutely incredible is its STAFF and the immaculate service they provide. Since our airport pick up upon arrival to all the details they had for my moms birthday (which is why we went there) were out of this world! They had a treat and personalized note for us when we arrived to the room, brought cookies for us every night and on my moms actual birthday they surprised her with balloons and a gift! We were truly not expecting any of that which shows how the staff just goes above and beyond for their guests. I truly don’t think I would stay any other place on my next visit. The entire staff was incredible but special shoutout to managers Carolina from reception and Pietro from the restaurant, Sebastian and Jason from breakfast, Ellie, Allan, Ben and Maria José from reception, Benji and Manoj from the bell team and sadly I don’t have their names but the ladies that took care of our housekeeping were also phenomenal. Thanks again to the entire Mollie team! We’ll see you on our next Aspen visit :)

We had the best stay at the Mollie. Every aspect of our visit was so truly so memorable. The whole entire staff here works extremely hard to make sure that everything is perfect - and I am blown away with the attention to detail at this hotel. Ben went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I during our stay and was so kind. Ben gave us great insight to things to do in Aspen, and helped make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone at the property were extremely accommodating and the whole staff here is exceptional. Housekeeping deserves a huge shoutout - the standards here are noteworthy and I think that the chocolate chip cookies are such a lovely touch (I loved them)! The room standards are some of the best I have seen - housekeeping was so impressive and quick. I also want to note that Diego was also so wonderful to us too, as he gave us rides to a few locations during our stay. The ride service was wonderful! We look forward to booking the Mollie when we visit Aspen again!
