Crema's Take
“Apex Climbing and Spa has cracked the code on being genuinely welcoming to climbers and non-climbers alike, serving thoughtful coffee in a space that feels like a community hub rather than just a pit stop. Whether you're nursing a specialty latte while watching routes being tackled on the walls or bringing the whole family for an afternoon that somehow combines caffeine, movement, and actual relaxation, the team here makes everyone feel like a regular from day one. It's the kind of place that becomes part of your routine—not because you have to go, but because everyone lights up the moment you walk through the door.”

Not a climber… but I’d still come back. Apex Climbing at Wire Park blends coffee, climbing, and recovery into one space, and it just works. Grabbed a latte, watched the action on the walls, and honestly just enjoyed the vibe. You don’t have to climb to appreciate this place. The coffee alone is worth the stop.
My favorite addition to Wire Park! You can’t ask for more of a fun time or a better team! They have been so helpful and kind- I’m an absolute beginner to rock climbing and the Apex team has made the intro super easy. Bouldering is my new favorite workout! They also have a gym, spa, and coffee shop that are top tier!!
My family LOVED our time at Apex! I took Some of my out of town grandkids recently and the climbing walls were a huge hit - friendly staff , great atmosphere 10/10 recommend !
Our New Family Favorite Apex has become our go-to spot, and honestly, it’s changed our routine. Our kids light up the moment we pull into the parking lot—they’re already talking about which routes they want to tackle. Watching them work through the climbs, getting stronger and braver with each visit, never gets old. And here’s the best part: my wife and I actually get to relax while they’re climbing. There’s something perfect about settling in, grabbing a coffee, (can’t wait for their own coffee bar to open!) and just enjoying the energy of the gym while the kids do their thing. No stress, no rushing—just quality time together as a family. What really sets Apex apart is the people. The owners are incredibly welcoming and personable—they genuinely care about their community and make you feel like part of the Apex family from day one. The staff matches that energy perfectly. They’re friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions or offer encouragement. They cheer the kids on, offer tips without being pushy, and go out of their way to make sure everyone has an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a place where your family can have real fun, stay active, and feel truly welcomed and supported, Apex is it. We can’t recommend it enough.
Excellent climbing routes, and even better owners. Very kind and welcoming to all people and all ages. Love the routes and that new rock climbing gym smell. Really a wonderful space to destress and just climb. Cant wait for their coffee shop to open!
