Cortaditos
600 Frank E Rodgers Blvd S, Harrison, NJ
Crema's Take
“This cozy Harrison neighborhood cafe specializes in authentic Cuban coffee drinks that keep regulars coming back multiple times a week—the frozen café con leche and cafecito bon bon are standout favorites that showcase their expertise. What really sets Cortaditos apart is the genuinely warm and welcoming staff who create a vibe that's equally suited for lingering solo with a pastry or gathering with friends and family. It's the kind of place where you can feel the care in every cup and every interaction, making it a true community gathering spot rather than just another coffee stop.”

My go to coffee stop! The staff is consistently happy and welcoming, which really sets the tone for the whole visit. The vibe is perfect—it’s ‘cool’ enough for a group hangout but quiet enough if you just want to grab a corner and sit alone. You also can’t beat the location being just one block from the PATH! Both the food and the coffee quality are unmatched, and all the flavors they offer are so unique and fun—definitely worth a try. Highly recommend! When you go by, make sure to say hi to my favorite barista Evonne.
My kids and I love this place. Great food and drinks....the watermelon juice is so refreshing. My favorites are the frozen cafe con Leche and the cafecito bon bon (both iced and hot). The ham and cheese sandwich is a must for the girls. The flan is delicious. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Def a must try!
Cortaditos is a cozy neighborhood cafe with cuban coffee and some light bites. We got the cortadito mulato both hot and iced. It was okay, pretty standard coffee. It was very strong which we appreciated! And reasonably priced. The pollo loco sandwich was mediocre. The chicken was on the dry side, bacon not crispy, and not enough chipotle mayo. We got more mayo on the side and it was better. I wouldn’t recommend it though.
I love this local coffee shop. It’s a great addition to Harrison. I visit a few times per week, always getting an iced coffee and pastry to enjoy while I scratch some lottery tickets. I have definitely tried other menu items as well, and they are always great too. Many times I am greeted by name and the service is always quick and friendly. The coffee is great and the pastries are even better. While it can be a bit crowded sometimes, the atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable.
One of my friends recommended this coffee place, so we decided to give it a try. The moment we walked in, we really liked the vibe and cozy ambiance. It’s a nice spot to relax and hang out. We tried three different varieties of their special coffees they all tasted pretty good and were nicely made. They also have some quick bites on the menu which are perfect for a light snack. The staff was friendly and the service was really good, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking to enjoy some good coffee and chill for a while.
