What a welcome addition to the area! Great juices and desserts/market area and lovely employees. The soup was ok but the juices and fresh baked goods are amazing. Nice to see what they’ve done with the old Coyote Club. The open, airy seating area is really nice.
Such an odd thing in Taos. Came here for lunch on a Friday and no one was there. The bidon stew was superb. Service - on a scale in Taos if "how high are you" - they were somewhat high and somewhat functional.

Scrumptious 4-course dinner, with custom juice drinks to start. Beautiful plates of tasty food. Normally "just" a Juice Bar during the day. But the owner trains high school kids to make healthy food using local ingredients.
