Mint Masala Restaurant

The most authentic Indian Punjabi food I’ve found in KC! I love to get the Saag mushroom, chicken tikka masala, and okra do piazza with garlic naan and chai. Great service with friendly people and authentic atmosphere! I’ve been coming here for years and will always be a regular. 💜

The restaurant used to be bright and full of people. No longer. Only half of the restaurant had lighting. Also, the restaurant no longer has their lunch buffet, so you must order everything ala carte, which makes your whole meal very expensive. To add insult to injury, some of the food was hot and some of the food was lukewarm. Korma Sutra used to be a great restaurant with a fantastic lunch buffet. Moti Mahal doesn't have the same standards. I will not go there again.

I’m saying this in the nicest way I can, but do not get their butter chicken right now. It gave me food poisoning! 😭 I also wasnt a fan of the dish itself, and butter chicken is my favorite food. Something tasted wrong with the rice, but the sauce and chicken were okay. However, it gave me food poisoning both times I ate it. I thought I was maybe sick or ate something else bad but nope, my doctor said it’s the butter chicken. If you guys are craving butter chicken, I recommend going elsewhere. This is my first time trying their food so I’m not sure how other dishes are but out of everywhere Ive ate it, this place is probably the worst sadly.

Hands down the BEST Indian food in the city. So shocked I don't see folks in there for dinner. It is incredible! Wait staff is always kind as well. Garlic naan to die for!

This location is popular, and for good reason. The charming decor and ambiance of in-person dining is great. The food is delicate and delicious. The butter chicken is incredible, especially when paired with garlic naan and a lassi. I order delivery from this place at least once a week during Covid. It was comforting food that always arrived correct to the order.
