Whether it’s to treat yourself, a date, a girls outing or buying gifts for others - CocoVaa is the place! Wonderful customer service, exquisite chocolate, an immaculate and elegant aesthetic and vibe, Madison is better thanks to this establishment; the owner is an incredibly brilliant, resilient and creative woman who custom built the entire place HERSELF as the general contractor and designer. Check it out!
Coco Vaa is an absolute gem in Madison. The chocolates are exceptional! Thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and genuinely impressive. Beyond the product, the customer service is outstanding: warm, knowledgeable, and passionate. The ambience is phenomenal...inviting, elegant, and the kind of space that makes you want to linger. I’m doing my holiday shopping here and couldn’t be happier supporting such a talented local business. Madison is lucky to have Coco Vaa.
We absolutely love their chcocolates and the effort and passion that goes into making them. Not only are their staples fantastic, but they are always creating new flavors which turn out great. I'm generally not a fan of certain flavors in chocolate (looking at you Banana) yet somehow CocoVaa creates such balanced and true flavors that I found myself liking a recent creation (Banoffee Pie). While their chocolate is amazing, the memories that CocoVaa and the CocoVaa family have created for me and my daughters is priceless. Normally I would never go to a chocolate shop weekly, yet I find myself there almost every Friday to pause after a long week and take a moment to sit and just appreciate. And with every visit, we are always treated with such kindness by the CocoVaa family.
The building was stunning like a place that sells some jewelry. I was invited to a Diwali party and came hoping to buy something special. After tasting a sample, I was genuinely impressed by how delicious it was and decided to make a purchase. But then I was told only one box was available. Why not? Without a box, the chocolates are just packed in plastic. I had planned to buy two sets—one as a Diwali gift and one for myself. I later found out that the boxed version costs more because it includes the box fee. If he could simply explained that, I would’ve happily gone with the plastic packaging. But the staff member didn’t offer any explanation, which made me wonder: do they even want to sell this? I mentioned one was for myself, yet they kept repeating “no box” without any further clarification. It was a bit disappointing. Thankfully, the chocolates themselves were lovely, so I’ll let that part slide.
Owner is friendly and incredibly down to earth. Stylishly decorated with nice atmosphere. Lighting is soft with natural light that comes in through windows. Pot of tea is reasonably priced. Dessert sundae was tasty and worth the price (I recommend splitting it with a friend) Sundae flavors rotate, so be sure to call ahead or just visit frequently!
