Kaladi Brothers Coffee

Great coffee, cute friendly staff. There’s this one girl commonly working who wears an edgy sort of necklace, she is always smiling when serving, and her compliments never fail to make my day! She mentioned my earrings the other day, saying the gem brought out the color of my eyes. I don’t think I have ever had such a compliment! Most definitely my favorite coffee place in Anchorage.

It's Starbucks but Alaskan. Coffee used to be better, and sometimes is still good, but overall it's just a good place to meet someone for a discussion while still technically supporting a local business

I was there 5-20-25 about 8:58 am. As soon as it's my turn to order the now bleach blonde turns away from me and makes a phone call. Does not say excuse me. Or I'll be right with you. Nothing. When she gets off the phone she apologizes but I say no thank you. I will take my business elsewhere. I put the timestamp for any owner or manager who cares enough to look at the camera. It personally doesn't matter as I won't be back. However others will care and will not go back plus take the video I have of the encounter and plaster it all over the net Sometimes you should teach your employees decorum in customer service and that more than likely they record everything.

The coffee was spot on. The cinnamon roll was soft and yummy. The service was quick.

Kaladi Brothers are the best local coffee shops. The coffee is always fresh and delicious. The baristas take time to connect with you and make your drink special. They are very knowledgeable about espresso and their menu offerings.
