Great experience renting a top dresser machine from here. Got a brand new never used one and the guys that work here are greet. Showed me how to use it and easy pick up and drop off.

We rented a 60' ladder for 1 day. During the phone call I was told there was no way it could be delivered prior to 1 PM. I asked to please receive a call when the ladder is on the way so we could schedule with maintenance since this was an apartment complex which they agree to and said their system had the notes. I receive a call the day of the delivery around 7:15 AM asking for someone to let them in because the ladder needed to be dropped off. No call on the way and not meeting at the estimated time provided. When renting the ladder we ask for a price which was provided for and paid for. I let the person on the phone know that the ladder was only needed for one day and to please put it on for pick up which they said they did. 2 days after pick up I notice we had another $100+ charge and when I call they said it was for the extra day for not being called in? But you picked it up 2 days later regardless? The person on the phone not helpful "Yeah it was for the extra day". I explained the situation and he says "Yeah we don't place pick ups until orders are delivered and called in". So technically either I am a liar or the person on the other line was. Guess who? ...

My go to location for all my rental needs, Sheridan, Brandon, Sterling and their entire crew do a wonderful job and are always knowledgeable and willing to help decipher the perfect equipment for my needs. I've never had issues with the staff or equipment.
